Unlike banks, investment firms must segregate client funds and assets from own funds. We never use client funds in operations. Even if liquidated, client funds remain protected.
We are authorized by Bermuda Monetary Authority which requires segregation.

Funds are held in segregated custodial accounts at top banks. They remain yours, not ours; creditors cannot claim or set-off.
We maintain segregated accounts at trusted international banks like HSBC Hong Kong. We do not hold all client funds at one bank.
Funds may be placed in notice or term deposits; this does not affect trading or withdrawals, though some amounts may not be immediately available.
